General Manager
The General Manager is in charge of directing and arranging all activities of a Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service location. The General Manager oversees the P&L, steers sales, and provides direction to all employees and processes for the center.

Service Technician
The Service Technician conducts diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. The Service Technician corresponds with residential and/or commercial customers to respond to their questions, resolve problems, and confirm complete customer satisfaction. The person filling the position also advises the customer of recommended products and services and works under the guidance of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.

Installation Technician/Installation Helpers
The Installation Technician conducts heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial sites. The individual filling the position also conducts installation and service on inside air equipment and accessories, as well, and has the qualifications to understand controls and wiring plans and schematics.

Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service Specialist takes care of customer queries, complaints, and billing questions with the highest measure of respect and professionalism to settle customer issues with a one-call resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for helping with day-to-day function of the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service center.

Dispatcher
The Dispatcher, following approved radio and pager processes, dispatches customer information to Maintenance Technicians, Installers, and Service Technicians. The individual in the position also communicates with the customer to ensure the customer is aware of scheduled appointments, answer inquiries, and to help resolve problems. The Dispatcher strategically plans and routes the most appropriate technicians using established company guidelines.
