Midland Air Service Experts was delighted to sponsor the Midlands Ride for Kids last month. This is the second year that Midland Air has volunteered for this amazing event that benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the leading nonprofit financing research into childhood brain tumors. The raised money funds free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial aid for families.
Midland Air Service Experts contributed $1000 to this wonderful cause and the nationwide event has raised $559,241.44. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been involved in the event since 2014 and her father’s motorcycle group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids each year.
“My dad’s motorcycle group rides every year because they can have a blast and ride motorcycles, all for a great cause.” Take a look at Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The sweet motorcycle riders may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts isn’t exactly a motorcycle group. “We just do it because we love the kids,” said Rebecca.
Midland Air adores being involved in their community and sponsoring wonderful events like the Midlands Ride for Kids. To find out more about how you can get involved and support the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, go to their site.
